BODYROK Nashville- Green Hills

Just took my first class with Molly! She is awesome and did so well walking me through not only the equipment but also the class. This was a different type of workout for me. When Molly saw me wearing down, she quickly spoke some encouraging words. Caroline at the front desk was so awesome and helpful as well. I signed up for a package!! I will be back.

The best studio ever! If you are looking for a total body burn, definitely give this place a try. I brought my mother and she enjoyed ever bit of it. It was challenging but it burns so good!! Highly recommend. Also Emily is the best!!

I love BodyRok Green Hills. I take 8-10 classes a month and have almost hit 100. The improvement in my strength and fitness has been incredible. The instructors are all amazing and the staff is so helpful and responsive. If it’s your first time on a reformer Pilates machine the instructor will tell you exactly what to do — it is not an intimidating experience at all and everyone will make you feel welcome. Did I mention I LOVE BodyRok Green Hills!?? 😊

I’ve been coming for almost a month now and I’m totally hooked. My day doesn’t feel right unless I wake up and come to class. I felt very welcome as a beginner (and as someone who has to modify a lot) and the instructors are so nice and helpful. I feel like I’ve improved a lot in the last few weeks and I can’t wait to see where my Pilates journey takes me. It’s honestly the best workout I’ve ever had 😊

My first time going, i was nervous, but everyone was super sweet and helpful. Abby was so helpful and motivating through the entire class and made me feel great!! I will definitely be back.
